2. Appointment Booking

• All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

• Clients are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling.

• Clients must reschedule within 4 weeks of a canceled appointment, or the deposit will be forfeited.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward the total cost of services.

• No refunds are issued for missed appointments, late arrivals, or deposits not rescheduled within the allowed period.

• Sexual misconduct during a session results in immediate termination, no refund, and the client is responsible for the full service charge.

• No-call / no-show clients may be prohibited from booking future appointments.

4. Client Conduct
Clients are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior. Bloom Massage Studio reserves the right to refuse service or terminate sessions if inappropriate behavior occurs.

5. Health & Safety

• Clients should inform the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or sensitivities prior to the session.

• Massage sessions are intended for therapeutic purposes only.

6. Website Use

• All content on this website is for informational purposes only and may not be reproduced without permission.

• You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes or in a manner that could harm the site, staff, or other clients.

7. Privacy
