REFUND POLICY

1. Non-Refundable Deposits

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are applied toward the cost of your service but cannot be refunded under any circumstances. This ensures that your appointment is reserved exclusively for you and prevents chargebacks.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without providing notice (no-call, no-show) may be prohibited from booking future appointments. Deposits for missed appointments will not be refunded. If you need to cancel an appointment, you may reschedule within 4 weeks of your original appointment date. If the appointment is not rescheduled within this 4-week period, your deposit will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or deposits not rescheduled in the allowed time frame.

3. Conduct & Payment Obligations

Bloom Massage Studio maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for sexual misconduct. Any inappropriate behavior during an appointment will result in immediate termination of the session. In such cases:

  • No refund will be issued.

  • The client is responsible for the full charge of the scheduled service.

By booking with Bloom Massage Studio, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
