Make their appointment extra special with a thoughtfully selected floral arrangement and bubbly, beautifully set up and ready upon arrival. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, Mother’s Day, and surprise celebrations. Please book at least 48 hours in advance to allow time for floral selection and preparation.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Bloom Massage Studio Appointment Booking & Deposits To secure your massage appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit guarantees your spot and will be applied toward the total cost of your service. No‑Show & Cancellation Policy By booking an appointment, you agree to the following: No‑Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be charged up 100% of the service price. Same‑Day Cancellations: If you cancel on the same day as your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service price. To avoid being charged, reschedule your appointment on our website within a minimum of 12 hours before your appointment. Fees are charged to the payment method on file. Arrival & Location Details Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation. Clients arriving later than their scheduled time may receive a shortened session or be asked to reschedule. The studio address and any specific directions will be provided when your appointment is confirmed. Massage Etiquette & Expectations To ensure a safe, comfortable, and professional experience for everyone: Hygiene: Please arrive clean and showered. Freshly washed hands, feet, and body are appreciated. Clothing & Draping: Wear comfortable clothing. During the massage, you will be properly draped with a sheet or towel; only the area being worked on will be exposed. Undergarments may remain on if preferred, unless otherwise specified. Communication: Let your therapist know your pressure preferences, areas of tension, injuries, or sensitivities before the massage begins. Respect & Conduct: The massage environment is professional and safe. Inappropriate behavior will result in the session ending immediately, and no refund will be issued. What to Expect A relaxing, therapeutic session tailored to your needs. Guidance on stretches or movements if requested. The therapist may use techniques such as deep tissue, sports massage, or body sculpting depending on your session type.
